Matthew Alan's is committed to the idea that everyone should be able to enjoy our Tasty Treats, so our goal is to develop a full line of premium Gluten Free baked good, staring with our Gluten Free sticky buns.
Our specially made gluten-free dough is gently rolled and sweetened to perfection to create Gluten Free versions of our Sticky Buns or Cinnamon Buns with your choice of Cream Cheese Icings. Due to the special preparation required, gluten-free buns are available only by SPECIAL ORDER by the DOZEN, so please call at least 24 hours in advance so our bakers know to get an early start on your buns!
We also feature a gluten-free Breakfast Sandwich, featuring your choice of Bacon, Turkey Bacon, or Sausage, with Egg and Cheese on our distinctive Gluten Free sweet rolls!

Please note that our facility is not 100% gluten-free, but we take every precaution to avoid cross-contamination by starting our gluten-free baking process at the start of each day, when the kitchen is in pristine condition, and before any of our gluten products are produced.
