Our Gluten-Friendly Commitment & Safety Practices
All of our gluten-friendly products are made using 100% wheat-free recipes. However, because we also prepare traditional gluten items in our facility, we cannot guarantee a completely gluten-free environment.
While our kitchen is not a dedicated gluten-free space—meaning these items may not be suitable for those with severe Celiac disease—we do our very best to minimize gluten cross-contact through the following strict daily protocols:

Equipment Controls: Mixers are kept covered while running to reduce airborne flour particles.

Overnight Settling: Surfaces, equipment, and floors undergo a deep clean at the end of every day, allowing any airborne dust to completely settle overnight.

Morning Production: All gluten-friendly items are mixed and baked first thing in the morning on freshly sanitized surfaces, before any traditional wheat flour products are used.

Daytime Requests: If a gluten-friendly item is prepared later in the day, our team will explicitly remind you of the increased airborne flour risks before fulfilling your order.
Looking Ahead
We are actively researching reliable gluten-testing protocols (targeting the FDA standard of under 20 ppm) to provide even greater assurance. We will update this page with our testing policies as soon as they are finalized.
